FAQs

When do I arrive?

Tuesday, April 30. You are responsible for transportation to Miami. Your registration includes your hotel stay Tuesday night.

What other fees can I expect?

Your registration includes 1 night hotel stay and 4 night cruise, plus, unlimited food, wifi, coaching, experiences, and a $300 drink credit and $50-100 onboard spending credit for souvenirs. You are responsible for transportation to and from Miami. Additional services and products, or excursions outside of the group, are your optional expenses.

What's my room like?

There are currently only single rooms available and you can learn more in the "solo insider" graphic above. Upgrades are available based on the ship's availability for an additional fee.

What are my payment options?

You can either pay a $500 non-refundable deposit and you will have a payment plan with a $4500 balance (non-refundable). Or you can pay in full and save $1000 for a total of $4000 (non-refundable). Due to the cruise line's deadlines, all payments will need to be made prior to 90 days of setting sail.

Are any discounts available?

Yes! when you sign up during our early bird sale you're qualifying for $1,000 off the full-ticket price for this retreat. Early Bird pricing expires on December 1, or when we sell out our initial block, whichever comes first.

What happens if you sell out?

We will do our best to work with the cruise line to accommodate as many free mama guests as possible. we don't suggest delaying! all of the perks for our guests are for action takers!

Are you doing any other in-person events this year?

YES! Cruise guests will get first dibs at signing up for the 2024 Find Your Free Retreats, but based on availability you'll hear about them a little later in the year.

Can I bring my family?

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you spin it) this cruise isn't suitable for children. While it's possible to add a spouse to your room after registration, they would not be included in Free Mama events without registering as one of our guests through this website. At the end of the day, we highly recommend you do this trip for yourself by yourself.

What travel documents are required to board?

Our voyages require Sailors to have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date. Additionally, depending on your country of citizenship, certain ports may also require a visa for entry.

However, we understand that spontaneous getaways sometimes occur without sufficient time for passport arrangements. If you fall into this category and you are sailing out of Miami, on an eligible closed-loop voyage, and are a United States citizen, we can make an exception to the passport requirement. In such cases, you will need to present one of the following documents:
• Original valid US Passport
• Original valid US Passport Card
• Original valid Trusted Traveler Card (NEXUS, FAST)

Or one of the below combinations of documents:
• Original or copy of your state-issued birth certificate AND a physical Government-issued photo ID
        • Puerto Rico birth certificates issued prior to July 1, 2010 are not acceptable
        • Hospital-issued birth certificates are not acceptable
• Original Consular Report of Birth Abroad issued by the Department of State AND a physical Government-issued photo ID
• Original Certificate of Naturalization issued by US Citizenship and Immigration Services AND a physical Government-issued photo ID

In the unlikely event of a medical emergency or unexpected departure from the vessel, a passport will be necessary. Please keep in mind, the above guidelines are based on government regulations, which are subject to change at any time.

I have a different question that you didn't answer!
