I love showing company leaders data about their sales team and sales leadership to help them improve revenues and shorten sales cycles. It is very rewarding. I also love workshopping with leaders on ways they can make their sales team more inclusive. It is hands-on and they make the improvements!

I love working with Sales VP's and their senior salespeople to develop and close their largest, most complex opportunities. The 'Long game' is hard and often messy but so worth it when you're participating in a 'Win celebration'.
