DAVE BRIGGS: Breaking news now. Tesla reportedly under criminal investigation in the US over its self-driving claims. Reuters reported the Justice Department launched the probe last year and hasn't been disclosed until now. It comes after more than a dozen crashes involving the autopilot system, which was activated during the accidents. Tesla shares edging higher on the day, less than 1%.
