Purchased as an incline walking pad but it doesn’t actually incline. That was part of the reason I purchased this particular model so it’s disappointing.Works as described otherwise, I’ve spent about 10 hours on it so far and haven’t had issues.Remote works well, pad is smooth, LED is clear. Would be a 5 if it was as advertised when I purchased.

    I am 5’7” and like to have a fairly long stride, and the length of the walking surface allows for that. I don’t step on the front or feel like I’m falling off the back.
    Remote is small enough to put in pocket if needed. Belt is easily adjusted.
    I read many, many walking pad reviews prior to purchasing and am happy I went with this one.

    The media could not be loaded.
    So I learned a few things already. The instructions do say to oil it and gives you a schedule for the future. It doesn’t run smoother after being oiled. If you walk toward the back of the walking area, it doesn’t like that so much so you do want to stay front and centered.

    It’s more lightweight than I expected and I love that! It slide really easily under and out from my bed. It’s easy to turn on and just get started going. Its lowest speed is .6 and I found that 1.2 to 1.8 is a good walking speed while I’m working. It’s quiet too other than you can hear the obvious sliding of the walking pad go around. That’s to be expected though.

    Shipping was excellent, the walking pad came undamaged even though the box was kind of beat up. It was packaged really well actually. I was happy about the amount of packing materials was just right in my opinion.

    You do need to get two AAA batteries, they are not included. We already had some.

    I think this was honestly a great process too. I got it at the same time a coupon was going on so that was a nice incentive on top.

    I’ve already convinced my mom to buy one for herself too! This is perfect for getting a simple body movement going at home at any time!

    I been using this treadmill for about a week now. It's very simple to use but I wish it had a couple more quality of life features such as the ability to pause a workout. Also, due to my daily schedule I can only really use it in the evening: The beeps that the machine makes when you turn it on or use the remote are pretty loud, so I wish there was a way to turn the volume down a little somehow. The belt itself is fairly stable however if you have an awkward gait it may be more prone to shifting around. I've noticed it may shift depending on the surface you're using it on as well as if it's level or not.

    Being that it's an under-desk treadmill the belt is kind of narrow which might feel awkward for some (including myself) but it takes some getting used to. The compact size makes it easy to store but at 30lbs it might be a little strenuous to move around or carry if you need to. It would probably more convenient not to move the machine around frequently.

    I can't complain much considering it wasn't very expensive, especially for something that is potentially life-saving/changing, but it could definitely use some improvements. I'll update my review as I put some more use into it.

    I just received my walking pad and my remote doesn't work even with new batteries. Unable to call customer service on website, the phone number is invalid. I can't find another way to contact customer service or find any trouble shooting online. What do I do now? I can't work the treadmill without the remote so I have a useless machine now. Need customer service to reply or send a new remote or I need to return the item.

    The QR code on the treadmill has a link to the app store to download an app where there is another way to use the treadmill when you don't have a working remote. So I was able to get it started and used it today. I am now irritated by a loud clicking noise when I walk. I did the entire set up exactly and used the oil, let it run on low for a while before using the treadmill. I just can't get over this clicking. I am so sad. I really really was excited for this device and I really wanted to love this! But the added problems and lack of customer service or any replies from them is getting so frustrating. Is this clicking going to stop??
