“We initially reached out for SEO support, but working with Zoe and the forank team has been so effective that we’ve expanded our collaboration to include PPC, website development and hosting of two WordPress websites. From the start, their detailed reporting was refreshing. The team includes clear explanations, so we always know exactly what’s happening and why. Since partnering with them, our clicks have increased, and the biggest win has been local search—up by 64%. Even better, local clicks going directly to our service pages are up by 41% and driving real business results. We've reached the very top spots of Google for our most important keywords and are ranking prominently in AI overviews and LLMs. They’ve also taken over our site hosting, resolved key technical issues, and made everything run more smoothly. Beyond the numbers, working with Forank has been a genuinely great experience. Their expertise, communication, and dedication make them a fantastic partner. Highly recommend!”

Our 24,000 mile circumnavigation of the world was sparking interest in charity, so we decided to cycle the world in loving memory of my best friend, Leanne Brownhill who we sadly lost in 2013, aged 26.
Leanne tragically died in November 2013 of sudden cardiac death (SADS). Cardiac Risk in the Young (C-R-Y) were an incredible support to Leanne’s family and work hard to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families.
Leanne’s condition was ARVC or arrhythmic right ventricular cardiomyopathy, one of the rarest forms of cardiomyopathy, it’s often not diagnosed until death as it’s very difficult to diagnose as it mimics cardiomyopathy.
Cardiomyopathy affects the heart muscle and in most cases it can be picked up in a scan. The condition is generally associated with the sudden collapse and death of young people and public awareness has been raised when sportsmen and women, who had always appeared fit and healthy, have collapsed during sporting events.
Lynne Brownhill, Leanne’s mother says that people are dying needlessly because there is no national screening programme. Lynne advocates C-R-Y, and is incredibly thankful for their support. This is why we are so happy to use our trip as an opportunity to raise money for a charity so trusted and valued.
This is undoubtably a trip of a life time, but it is also the toughest endurance challenge we will probably ever face. The trip is a self-supported 24,000 mile bike ride around the entire globe. We will cycle through 30 countries with our heavy loaded bikes. Over the Rocky Mountains we will climb 11,500 feet. There’s no doubt that we’re going to need to dig deep!
Over 2 years we hope to raise £5,000. -
Young Persons Mentor & Marketing Support
Young Shropshire in Work
- 1 year
Children
As a mentor for Young Shropshire in Work (YSiW) I will be working with 16-24 year olds, helping them get into work.
The work includes meeting young people on a 1-2-1 basis, assisting them with the job prospects: cv writing, next steps, confidence building, interview tips etc.
When I started with YSiW I was more than happy to hear they could also benefit from my marketing support. -

In memory of a good friend I donated 8 inches of my hair to The Princess Trust. For the donation I asked for sponsorship and all money raised will be sent to Cardiac Risk in the Young. Aswell as a hair cut I also arranged a pub quiz, which was quite a challenge during final exams at University. I planned the event, wrote the quiz, booked the venue, collected donations for the charity raffle and marketed the event using social media, fliers and local newspapers. The night was a great success. -

Nothing is Every Easy
Tread Bikely
I was a finalist in a writing competition about cycling. I shared a story about an unforgettable day in China. The adventure didn't turn out as planned and we found ourselves cycling up a huge mountain at night, there was no where to camp so we had no choice but to keep going.

International SIM review - around the world with giffgaff
giffgaff
I've been part of the giffgaff community for 5 years. To my surprise when I set off on my world cycling tour I found I could use giffgaff internationally. My giffgaff SIM card had even helped in China where I had a small issue to resolve.
I sent a blog about the travels to giffgaff and it was published. -
