<aside> ⚡ RadReads is seeking to hire a virtual assistant to support our B2C and B2B product lines.

The contract would start with 10 hours a week with room to grow into 20 hours a week quickly based on performance and full-time based on the growth of the business.

This is a 1099 contractor position. Candidates must be located in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Support the team internally

• Assist team members with coordinating schedules internally and with our clients
• Manage the CEO’s calendar and parts of his email

Support our marketing efforts

• Re-purpose and cross-post social media posts and YouTube videos
• Compile our weekly newsletter
• Gather research
• Monitor our primary emails (both marketing and customer service)
• Create and schedule event-based emails in our EMS (ConvertKit)
• Edit blog posts in Wordpress

Support our cohort-based course business

• Schedule and manage course events, creating appropriate links (Zoom, gCal) and testing for their accuracy
• Attend certain live events (primarily as a back-up moderator)
• Trim replays and upload them to YouTube and our Course Management platform (Podia)
• Collect student feedback, testimonials, and other information (Zoom chats, Slack convos) to support product marketing research

Support our consulting business

• Prepare and gather contracts and aid in on-boarding new clients
