Many companies will probably take a while to fully understand that within the cosmology of digital comms and marketing skillsets, there are functions that are strategic, creative, technical, analytical, PMP, etc. - demand interdisciplinary skills, experience and excellence. Go for an agency, perhaps? I had previously interviewed with companies that demanded a mixed bag of skillsets in analytics, SEO/SEM, video, graphics design, strong writing skills and Mandarin. They wanted the privilege to overload the specifications, but never the obligation to pay for it. Job-hunting red flags to avoid.
