It's a niche finding tool created by Mike Futia, that allows you to find, filter, and discover sites monetized by Ezoic, Adthrive, and Mediavine. My honest opinion? Most of you won't need this tool. I wouldn't have purchased it. (I was given a free copy to review). However, if you if your are looking for a quick way to find new niche site ideas, and in particular find niches that do well with display ads, this could be ideal. The tool itself is very well done.
