Shame School is a three-month deep dive into our relationship with shame. Month 1: we create safety around our shame-based identities Month 2: we create intentional identity so our brains have an option Month 3 we create healthy boundaries to protect our new-found unshamed selves In addition to two 1:1 Zoom sessions, Shame School includes: Twelve 90-minute group Zoom calls Access to the Shame School Library/Curriculum on Google Drive Access to your cohort's Shame School Slack channel All details will be sent to you via the email you used to sign up There are two cohorts currently available (once you register, you will be asked which cohort you wish to be in) Tuesdays from 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Eastern (starting 3/18/25) Thursdays from 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Eastern (starting 3/20/25)
