Opsmate is building the future of how startups build and operate internal operations.  We are looking to bring on our first Advisor, someone with a technical app automation background for 1-2 hours/week to work directly with our Founder on:

• Product strategy & feedback
• Industry networking
• Advisement on how best to build Opsmate's internal ops, which we plan on being best in class as a showcase for the power of our "Engine" model (see description below)

Our platform as a service model replaces inefficient and manual internal ops tasks into automated workflows using best in class SaaS apps and automation platforms.

Our Founder is a former startup COO and is looking to team up with an experienced app automation expert with extensive experience implementing task automation projects for startup clients to help navigate the strategic direction of our pre-launch startup.

There are two primary components to Opsmate.

1) Agency that implements new internal ops platforms for clients.

2) A training program for people who want to learn the technincal aspects of app automation.  Our goal is to offer all grads jobs (with benefits) as Opsmate's workforce for our platform implementations with clients.

Community is key to our model and Opsmate has committed 10% of its revenue to build & scale the best community online for app automation users, builders, and suppliers.  We depend on our community to recommend the best apps and automations for our clients.

We refer to our internal ops model as the Engine because its the product of 3 components that allow us to configure internal ops for each client's business model & company stage.

a) App selection.  What are the best available SaaS apps for your internal ops use cases (CRM, marketing automation, customer support, etc).

b) Automation.  Where can tasks and workflows be automated?  What is the best automation platform to use based on the use case (there’s more options than just Zapier!)

c) Operating Cadence.  When does work have to get done?  What dependencies are there on other teams and systems?  What reporting needs do you have to better run your business?  We ensure your apps and automations work FOR your business, not against it.
