Are You In Phase I, II, III or IV?  (Long Covid and ME/CFS Quiz)
We have to take it super slow so we don't cause crashes (also known as PEM...post exertional malaise).  When we do push ourselves, it can cause those crashes and make our total recovery time take longer.  At the same time, we want to keep our body strong and vital.  It can be very confusing to figure out how much to do (or not do)!  This quiz will give you a baseline for which activities will work for you.

Figuring out which Phase of Recovery you're in will help you to determine which Yoga Play with Lorrie classes are best for you and the best level of activity to stay within for the time being.

***Remember that wherever you are is perfect!  Don't be discouraged if you are in Phase I or II...this thing IS doable!  Whichever Phase of Recovery you're in!
