I’ve had this silicone matte for a while and I love it! It is perfect for any kind of sticky dough like cinnamon rolls or scones. I use a knife to cut the rolls and the matte protects my counter from damage. I sprinkle a little flour on the silicone then roll out dough and nothing sticks. When I’m done I wipe it down with a sponge and a little soap. Super easy to clean up and use. To store it, I roll it up and wrap a rubber band loosely on the ends. Great quality for the price. The size is perfect for baking with bread dough and a rolling pin. The diameter measurements are helpful for pies and scones. This silicone matte works great!

It doesn’t slide & it’s easy to clean. I’ve used it several times & haven’t had any issues with it. I’m able to put it away by folding it & when I take it out again it’s not bent. Wish I would’ve bought this ages ago!!
