I was so delighted to read this from Harvard Business Review. I teach strategic LinkedIn networking - and just did my "Power Connect" workshop last week in Kansas..... BUT NOW we have some real data and research to support the value for companies thanks to Frank Nagle from Harvard Business School Check out this article #linkedin #networking #connections https://lnkd.in/eqtiV7E9

As always, thank you for sharing and finding these helpful sources! I did check out the article AND the research paper behind it. The data set ends in 2018, and I suspect it is still very valid, if not more so. One additional piece I found interesting in the data set was that senior-level management at top USA firms is LESS on Linked In; that has been my experience. Middle-level employees were the most represented on Linked In back in 2018. There are tons of great charts, graphs, and heat maps in the paper. Here's one.

It's fascinating that the researchers were able to correlate connections on LinkedIn with an organization's success in innovation Sandra Long. Thank you for sharing - this is an amazing article!
