It appears that LinkedIn is prioritizing Collaborative Articles over newsletters now. Why do I say that? Well, the search filters under posts give us this clue. Here are the newest options for search filters for posts ⬇️. Now don't get me wrong.... I like BOTH LinkedIn Newsletters and Collab Articles. I just wish we could easily search for both. If I were calling the shots, I would remove the live video option and bring back newsletters. What about you? What are YOUR content priorities? --------------------------------------------- Sincerely, Sandra Long Post Road Consulting: LinkedIn Consulting and Training

Thanks for your insight. I prefer individual articles and am not a fan of collaborative pieces. Also, it's a drawback that you can't access subscribers' emails when running a newsletter.

I'm probably the #1 hater of collaborative articles and find it as a bad attempt to push ai to get engagement, so I am a little bit biased.

I agree that newsletters should be prioritized, but live videos are also very helpful as well Sandra Long. It is curious that LinkedIn is emphasizing the collaborative articles since their usefulness is questionable. In a time when there is so much AI noise, it would make sense for LInkedIn to highlight content with more value.

Why can't there be all/both? My content priorities are whatever you tell me should be on Linked Sandra Long

It would be nice to reference documents you have read or common standards rather than things you have published. I was thinking more about audit processes specifically.

I personally would remove all video content and bring back the newsletters. I am not a big fan of the over-visualization on all the plattforms.

Not a fan of collab articles. I like connecting and videos seem to do that for me. I just wish I had a clue about these darn algorithms! Thank goodness we have YOU, Sandra!

Totally true! LinkedIn's focus on Collaborative Articles is clear, but we should have easy access to both collabs and newsletters. I'd drop the live video option to bring back newsletters. What are your thoughts? Sandra Long
