Had another enriching Complete Sales Academy session with Dwight Braswell, MBA and the sales team at Thumbtack yesterday as we discussed the dynamics and tonality in our conversations. Three main takeaways: ✅ When you end the conversation, have a clear next step ("Let's do this - before our next meeting let's...) ✅Distractions happen. Make a decision on how you are going to handle it ("It sounds like you're busy. I'm here to actually take some stuff off your plate...") ✅ Give space and wait for an answer (awkward silence is okay!) Kudos to this group for always having a great attitude and sharing insightful perspectives. They're crushing it 🔥
