3 questions to ask the next guest on your podcast: 1. “What’s the most surprising thing you learned in the process of _____?” Fill in that blank with something they accomplished that your audience wants to accomplish. 2. “If I gave you two minutes to teach me how to get better at _____, what would you tell me to do?” Fill in that blank with a skill your audience wants to improve at. 3. “What’s a piece of advice someone told you when you were figuring out how to _____ that you wish you wouldn’t have ever listened to?” Remember: Helping people avoid traps is as valuable as showing them how to find the treasure.
