Top 🔝 Speaking Topics for 2023? Thanks to Lois Creamer and the National Speakers Association I was made aware of the top trending 📊 speaker topics for event organizers this year. Here's the list in order of preference 1️⃣ Diversity, equity, and inclusion 2️⃣ Leadership and motivation 3️⃣ Mental health and mindset 4️⃣ Future of work 5️⃣ Corporate culture 6️⃣ Technology So I am wondering a few things. Do you see the SAME trends and interests for topics at YOUR company or from your professional life? And if you are a speaker, do your presentations and workshops fit into these topics? OR do you have a different topic? Personally, I am kinda surprised not to see sales or hiring, or retention on this list, but maybe those fall under the overall leadership umbrella ☂️ ? #speaker #speaking #presentation --------------------------------- If you don't know me, I hope you will connect or follow ⬇️ Sandra Long #SalesBySandra Post Road Consulting: LinkedIn and Social Selling Training

YES. We are in a world that connects who we are as people to who we are in business. That's why when I heard people's responses to my call for Humanity that I realized it would be a perfect topic. So I researched and created- The Humanity of Sales. Can't wait to hear other interesting new topics from others.

Very similar plus a bump in the focus on community. That was highlighted in the HubSpot inbound speaker call.

Love to see this Sandra. I speak on diversity equity and inclusion, leadership, and corporate culture. Agree retention should be on the list.

Interesting -- thanks for providing this valuable list, Sandra. My topics definitely fall into category # 2 on leadership (and "visual leadership" specifically)! 👁️🗨️

Sandra Long, I am seeing the same hot topics. Depending on the industry, I do see sales training and employer/employee branding for hiring and retention. As always, thanks for sharing and adding value. I hope you're enjoying your new home.

Yes, I am hearing a lot of interest in leadership and motivation, especially as burnout, "bare minimum Mondays", and "quiet quitting" are prevalent in the media. Like you I'm surprised that sales and retention are not on the list. Thank you for sharing this helpful list Sandra Long
