3 Content Strategies I'd Use To Get Advertisers For A Media Publication (Note: This is what I’d have individuals on the sales team post/send on their personal accounts.) 1. A “For Sponsor’s Eyes Only” Newsletter A newsletter that is only available to sponsors of the publication - it gives them exclusive info and valuable information relevant to their needs, not just an annoying sales pitch. 2. Media Buying Mistakes A series of posts sharing the most common mistakes brands make when buying media to help potential advertisers get the most bang for their buck. 3. The Best Of The Best Share an analysis of the top performing ad campaign run in your publication that month - show the creative, the results, etc. This will help buyers improve their creative and placements to learn from what’s working best in the publication. — Do you work in sales? Want some help figuring out what to post on your accounts? Feel free to message me - happy to chat about it.

I invested $216,940.82 into LI ads. Here are the results: 3,140,787 impressions with my ideal buyers - CPM: $69.07 - CTR: 3.57% - SQLs: 274 Cost per lead: $452.56 90% of all ad creatives are boosting founder-led content. My process: 1. Create short-form founder-led content w/ micro-offers (creating stage) 2. Sponsor my short-form content to ideal buyers using LI ads (controlling stage) 3. Connect with my ideal buyers from micro-offers through DMs (connecting stage) 4. Bridge my ideal buyers to long-form content (LI events) (capturing stage) This builds trust in a non-spammy way. When you do that, you get demand. When you have a demand, you get high-intent leads. When you get high-intent (pre-sold leads), you get sales. When you get regular sales, you can relax. When you have predictable sales, 95% of business problems are solved with $$$. Sounds easy, but it's not. I had to lose lots of money to make money. The devil in the details... which I can't explain in a 30-second social post. This is why I made a 15-minute video unpacking how this LI strategy works. Check it out here -> Demandii.com

The goal of every Advertiser is to reach people who are WILLING and ABLE to pay for a product. That is why we recommend using Third parties like Creators who write newsletters about YOUR niche. On one hand, they are cost effective and generate better results because they can be curated to reach a group of people that want your solution. On the other hand, they help you build trust with buyers by borrowing existing trust from third party creators. Would you give newsletter advertising a shot? The accessibility to data has put great content ideas behind bars. It’s easy to justify increasing the budget for paid ads when you can calculate the cost per opportunity easier. It’s not so easy telling the CEO let’s do an entertaining YouTube series when your primary metric is views. It’s easy to put $25,000 behind a trade show and justify the amount of badge scans you’ve collected. it’s not so easy to execute on a hot cultural brand opportunity with strict company protocols. Great content is a fine dance of collaboration, empathy, and passion. Could you imagine what content could do for your business? - More profitable way to acquire new customers - Become looked as #1 in your category. - Less time wasted on unqualified leads. What’s worth it, rarely ever comes easy.
