In honor of Women's History Month, I will highlight a different woman pioneer each week in ☘️ March. This week (#2) I want to tell you about Sharon Kedar, CFA, and her new podcast Innovate and Elevate. Sharon is a Harvard MBA and a Co-Founder of Northpond Ventures. Her podcast was introduced in January and I am🪝 hooked. Season one focuses on Women's Health. How perfect. Episode 1 - "Treat Your Body as if You Were Pregnant" with guest Kathryn Rexrode was amazing. This episode was filled with important health 🏥information along with valuable life lessons. Episode 2 - "Mammography is Essential. Quality Matters" with guest Janet Storella, M.D. In this episode, I learned things I wish I had known about mammograms. I am looking forward to speaking to my doctor about some of my learnings from this show. I encourage all women (and friends of women) to tune in to this groundbreaking show. Hoping Innovate and Elevate’s first season on women’s health brings key information to women so they can we can be in the drivers seat for their health. The more I learn the more I see the massive data gap and information gap for women’s health - it needs to be bridged. We will do what we can.
