Josh Spector, I'd add this one: — Subtly, but effectively, establish your voice as a trustworthy guide whose style resonates and pulls them back for more. For example, your content is fantastic. But what I love on the podcast and in your email is your fast-paced speaking, no-nonsense actionable tips, and willingness to own your expertise. That keeps pulling me back.
As a reader, I would search for content and read it to find the answer to some question or solution to some problem; the content is good if it pleases my curiosity or makes me practically apply it.
