Great advice, Josh! And for those who don't buy that recurring service upfront, Marci, perhaps you could send that offer to them in 3-6 months: checking back in with you to celebrate / either that you've kept up with the system or that you can jump into the membership to get the support and help you need to get back on track. Or something :) Just a thought
