    I am loving this series! It keeps taking some pretty intense twists and turns that are unexpected and feel so interesting and fresh and unique.

    The world feels like it has really expanded and feels so complex but I guess that happens when the many books in this series and connecting series have been going for so long.

    I am feeling the fatigue of the long series with short books and cliffhangers though. It took me far too long to remember Adriana was kidnapped.

    Another wonderful instalment skilfully building on the last. Incredible plot twists that raise so many more questions than answers. Each unique characters storey masterfully woven into the main plot. New characters introduced with such depth and intrigue. A wonderful read.

    With developments that are never seen coming and the inner feelings of numerous characters divided over what to do next, the sixth book in the Treoir Dragon Chronicles series had so many unexpected events taking place that I lost count. Daegan had thought there was a chance for him to actually be happy one day if he could just get through some tough current circumstances, but what happens to him in this story is crushingly disappointing yet he will never give up his quest for family and humankind. Though Casidhe had also believed her future might finally have a bright spot for once, her dreams are shattered because of hidden agendas and falsehoods. Dianna Love expertly creates situations for this couple and many other characters to face which could turn deadly in an instant or possibly lead to joyful hope.

    Old enemies plus new foes keep Daegan and his loyal Belador followers from being able to reach critical objectives that will keep them and others safe from those who are only concerned about their own detrimental ambitions. Casidhe, who can translate the text in ancient books, is struggling to learn the truth about not only herself but what unexplained part she is being forced to play by those once thought to be a friend. She also has a big threat constantly looming over her in the form of a druid who is not at all happy with her recent actions. When one of the biggest problems in Daegan’s life at the moment turns out to be personal instead of his quest to stop the Imortiks from getting power from three grimoires, he is determined there will be retribution for this painful betrayal.

    The scenarios Dianna Love comes up with for the situations occurring in the latest TREOIR DRAGON CHRONICLES OF THE BELADOR WORLD book are creatively imagined with one surprising event after another. By the time I had finished reading this story, I actually felt as though I had experienced the many highs and lows right along with the characters because of vivid descriptions. Several of the incidents could perhaps have long-term repercussions, so this means the upcoming installment is very anticipated because of the large number of unknowns recently revealed. I really felt for Daegan and Casidhe as their destinies have never been more in doubt. The ongoing plots affecting the lives of other characters in the series have also taken directions that were sometimes shocking, making me especially eager to discover what lies ahead for individuals whose welfare is very important to me.

    Ms. Love's Belador world is exciting, enticing, everything. Before I go any further, please note that this review is for book 6 of a serial spin-off of the original Belador world. If you are new to the series, I urge you to stop...go back to the beginning and start there. While the number of books is adding up, the time spent will be enjoyable and a marvelous use of your reading time!

    Book 6...the different storylines are clearly beginning to wrap up (two more books to go, I believe), but the adventure, action, mystery, and romance don't stop...they just spin higher and with more sparkles to keep the reader engaged (and maybe focused elsewhere, so as not to give everything away too soon).

    Again, not a huge fan of serials because of the cliff-hangers, but Ms. Love upped her game with a rapid release schedule...only a few weeks until we get one step closer to resolution...I'm hanging on for dear life...

    I truly adore this series. I know I've said it before, but we're six books in, and it's still true. I'm riding that thin line of excitement for the next book and the disbelief that it's almost done. For me, this series, as with most of Dianna Love's series, has a sort of spiral effect. Where you have all of these stunning characters and thrilling plot points that just keep heading towards the center, and getting closer and closer until everything comes together in the center. Dianna Love hits the bullseye every single time. If you are a big fan of urban fantasy, I highly recommend this series, but be careful, because it's very possible it's going to raise your bar of urban fantasy perfection.

    The ending of this book has got to be one of my favorites so far! So much was revealed and so many new questions are coming to me. That last chapter, I really can’t wait to start the next book to see where we go from here. What does this mean for Casidhe? What of Sen and Adrianna? What will Reese decide to do? Can Daegan ever forgive what he thinks he knows? I’m so excited to pick up the next book and see where this road leads!
