It's many times easy to recognize strengths and use them effectively, but to pinpoint weaknesses oftentimes proves to be more of a challenge. In addition to recognizing a weakness, a true leader has the ability to put ego aside and build a team who possess the necessary skills that leader may lack, and lean on them to provide guidance and knowledge, and to challenge that leader's thinking. When forming the GIPR Board, that's exactly what we did. It is often quoted that people are "the average of the 5 people you surround yourself with" and we think that being the average of our five independent Board members would lead to a pretty impressive individual. We have been told by others that our Board is "way above" where we are as a company today and we tend to agree; it is our Board that has helped us think strategically, make well rounded decisions and put our Shareholders at the forefront of all our decisions.    We are honored to have each of our Directors on our Board and know that the expertise they provide GIPR will allow us to grow into a company that is fitting for a Board of this caliber.
