Sliding Scale Coaching Application
We at The Modern Mr. and Mrs. want to make sure we are accessible to those from varying socioeconomic levels and hold spots for individuals and couples that are looking to change their marriage and lives that need a sliding scale.


By filling out this application you are applying to be a coaching client at a sliding rate.


This application is on a trust basis and no documents are required. 

We trust that if you know that you need a sliding scale spot, that is why you're applying.


A true need of sliding scale is if the full rate of coaching ($120/ 60-minute session with 3-4 sessions per month or E-coaching at $130/month) means you have to give up needs (i.e. food, water, shelter, etc.) versus give up wants (spending on extra clothes, hobbies, Starbucks, etc.)

For October 2023 - February 2024 Sliding Scale spots are fully open and there are no limited spots of sliding scale versus standard rate clients.
