Abstract: From Backlog Manager to Product Manager: How to Move from Outputs to Outcomes
What does success mean? For many product managers or product owners, it means:
- Maximizing features,
- Increasing velocity,
- Meeting deadlines,
- Pleasing stakeholders.
The above reflects the old ways. The more you face that, the quicker you become a backlog manager.
Let's talk about the challenges of being a product manager and how to move from managing the backlog to driving value.
You can expect provoking thoughts, actionable insights, and a bit of unconventional product management.

- HoA #63: The Anti-Patterns Canvas — A Tool Session (1)Link visible for attendees
Abstract: How to Identify Anti-Patterns to Get the Discussion Going
I invite you to an exciting session to delve into the first tool from my upcoming “Anti-Patterns Canvas,” inspired by the widely acclaimed Scrum Anti-Patterns Guide book. Given the frequent inquiries and discussions about how to systematically implement the strategies within this guide, I’ve designed today’s workshop to do just that—transform theory into actionable practice.
What to Expect
During this session, we will explore the first tool from the “Anti-Patterns Canvas” framework, designed to help teams visually map out, discuss, and resolve the recurring negative patterns that impede value creation at the team and organizational levels.
Whether you’re a seasoned Agile professional or new to the concept of anti-patterns, this session will illuminate and address the dysfunctions that often go unnoticed.
