Over the years, I have seen a wide range of training programs, and I can confidently say that Andreys courses stand out as some of the most valuable and well-structured resources available. He has taken the best of the bestproven strategies from top performersand distilled them into practical, actionable steps that anyone can implement. Andreys training has had a significant impact on my real estate business. His ability to break down complex concepts into clear, easy-to-follow strategies makes his courses accessible to both seasoned professionals and newcomers alike. Even his free training sessions are packed with value, something I rarely see from other industry educators. I have personally purchased several of ******* courses over the past years, and I have always received exactly what was promised. In fact, on a few occasions, he even offered additional bonus material at no extra cost. While that content was never fully completed, it was a generous add-on, not a core part of the program, so it didnt affect my overall experience or results. Ultimately, the only way not to succeed with Andreys courses is to not implement what he teaches. His methods are tested, effective, and designed to help agents and investors grow their businesses. If you're on the fence, Id recommend starting with the courses that are fully completed and actively participating in the webinars to maximize your learning. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I highly recommend Andreys training to anyone serious about leveling up in real estate.

  ****** is a creative genius when is comes to ********************** Over the course of my ten year career, I've probably invested over $100,000 in education, and more than that on actual marketing spend.Yet, I've never come across most of the systems and techniques he teaches, which tells me he's on another level compared to other coaches. I've done a lot of retargeted video ads, so I know the effectiveness. However, his video ratargeting tactics are leaps and bounds beyond what I was taught before. These methods run circles around other trainers' techniques because they allow you to build a deep psychological relationship with your audience over time in a way that practically forces them to use you as their trusted professional.If you implement these techniques, you will dominate the mindshare of your audience, and your business will blossom.He has a full training system in place with hours of video modules for you to learn from, with a lot of click-by-click implementation. You'll learn a ton with his programs.

  ****** is a standup guy. I invested $15k with him to boost my business. In the midst of the process I had some unexpected life changes and had to move across the country. After chatting with him he immediately processed a refund for the full amount of $15k. If I ever get back to running a real estate business I will certainly reach out to him again. His ability to think outside the box and create ways to generate solid warm leads is exactly what everyone in the real estate space needs.

  I went through ******'s course last fall and started getting results right away after implementing it. Only take this course if you plan to invest marketing dollars and IMPLEMENT. It is easy to learn this stuff and put it off. The process is taught in a step by step, easy to follow format, even if you have little experience. You can also go back and watch videos over and over as needed. I got my first listing appointment within weeks after using his systematic Micro-farming process and then another soon after. There was a delay in receiving delivery on the 2nd program I invested in, but ****** worked with me, explained the delay and cooperated and work out a reasonable agreement. His system is creative, practical and his teaching method is very precise... not much gets lost in translation, as he is very detailed about the steps to implementation.

  While searching around for the best way to market on Social Media I bumped into a free seminar being offered by Andrey *******. I was impressed by the simple way he explained how to create marketing content for Facebook... step by step... he made it so clear... I was hooked. I was new to the market of Charleston, South Carolina, had just got my license and knew no one. I had to build a database from scratch! While sitting in open houses I would follow up on all the leads that I received from the marketing I did following Andrey's steps... and adding my own flair of course :) RESULTS! I got 3 listings in the first 60 days, all responded from my videos. One client said he watched it 5x before calling me. $38,000 in commissions! And 4 more listings came in over the next 6 months. Resulting in another $50K. I now have a database that I retarget to keep my pipeline going. DO NOT take this course if you are not willing to spend $$$ on marketing. You are starting/running a business not a part time job. I spent $3,000 in advertising per MONTH to build my database. DO NOT sign up for this course if you are not willing to put in the work! ANSWER your phone and FOLLOW UP 20x with the leads as they come in. One mishandled lead will cost you thousands of wasted marketing dollars... If you have zero sales training and no knowledge of scripts, stop and go read a Tom ******* or Zig ****** book, or watch some of the 1000's of real estate training videos that are out there on You Tube... and PERFECT your craft. Then you will find a marketing program like this PERFECT for you to build your business. I see the negative comments here and it makes me sad, before you start a career in real estate you need to make sure you are in the right career for you. Take the DISC test to determine if you are in the right business. I'd wish you all the best of luck, but luck won't help you only hard work will!

  Although I never really got things off the ground and running with the Listing Academy, LLC, I truly believe *************************** offers a great amount of value to position *********** Professionals to position themselves as the go-to listing agent for future Home sellers. His comprehensive library of training videos and resources is unlike anything I have seen.We terminated our business agreement and I was issued a full and complete refund. ***************************** Associaete Broker

  I filed a complaint awhile back and never followed back up with the outcome. ****** reached out to me and we discussed my issues. He listened and said he would credit me back $295.00 which he has done.

  *************************** has also taken $1000 from me for the listing program and has not done anything that he has promised in the contract. Its been almost a month and he has not done what he agreed to do and he has not refunded my money. Its a sinking feeling to see all the others he has also done this to as well. What he is doing is a felony crime that comes with jail time in certain states Thief by deception. Collectively I wonder how many thousands he has stollen from realtors. I will also reach out to the national association of realtors to see if they can help.

  Failed to perform, refuses to honor written guarantee. He owes me $1980.00. Does not respond to text, phone,email and cancelled 2 of 3 email addresses. Do NOT pay him money. He also ripped off another agent for $500 and ghosted him too.
