Really working on removing the "ands" from this after our recent session, but... My target audience are senior executives who want to raise their corporate/personal visibility but lack the time, resources, or writing skill to explain their Differentiated Value on multiple platforms. In terms of my descriptor (like Expert), the phrase I'm testing is "Communications Windex" after getting positive customer feedback. That said, I have "other" ideal customers are for my branding services -- recent graduates/college seniors and 55+ job seekers frustrated by the lack of traction they're getting. And yes, I know that violates the Difficult Business Decision, but right now I need both types of work to pay my bills each month. Parenthetically, I pitch my services with the foundation of what you're teaching in the Skills Sessions and what Marcus Sheridan is teaching about answering their questions. Too long an answer? Thanks for doing this.

They are consciuos of having a problem trying to get out of depression, but they only know the way of spending long hours in psicologic therapy sessions and never thought of art and creativity as a way of healling.
Expert-led firms (mostly professional services and consulting firms) that want better clients, larger engagements and higher fees. They deliver unique value but are not doing a good job of articulating it.
