Our Mission 🚀

Stacker is on a mission to let anyone create software, by building a platform to let you instantly create apps from the data you already have. We were founded in 2017, and are backed by Y Combinator, Andreessen Horowitz and Initialized Capital, some of the most successful start-up investors in the world. 🤩

We want to change the way software is built...that's a pretty big task, and we've got some exciting problems to solve!

With another growth wave imminent and the ongoing expansion of our platform and product, it is now the right time to add a new leadership layer to top our already successful marketing organisation. Reporting to our CEO and Co-Founder (Michael Skelly), we now seek our first-ever Head of Product Marketing to take our business to a whole new level.

Here’s a summary of the business and customer value you'll have:

  • First leadership layer: providing strategic SME guidance and advice to our Founding teams;
  • Moving the needle: voicing the needs of the market into our teams. Innovating and iterating our product and platform, informing and steering us to adapt to future market needs;
  • Shaping the position of our product in the marketplace, and further exploring how we communicate and help people progress from “this is what Stacker is” to “this is how Stacker can help you”;
  • Make a measurable impact on one of the fastest-growing companies, leading the ‘no-code’ revolution!

Here are some specific objectives we’d like you to achieve:

  • Ensure everyone who lands on our site can see how Stacker can solve their problems;
  • Ensure we empathise and understand the top 10 use-cases for how people use Stacker and have created templated solutions to serve them (achieving a target of 90% of users starting from one of these templates);
  • Create segmented messaging appropriate for different tiers of the market – ensure all our ad traffic comes to a landing page with messaging and a value proposition that’s personalised and appropriate;
  • Ensure our product build decisions are correctly informed and prioritised by our customers and market demands.

Requirements

Our role will suit you if you’re a collaborative and hands-on Product Marketing expert with prior experience launching B2B/B2C bottom-up SaaS business applications and solutions, with a knack for segmenting and crafting compelling stories.
