For some reason this year I have it in my mind that I want to make a carrot dessert but NOT carrot cake. And I have been so surprised to find a lack of carrot creativity when it comes to desserts! It seems like every recipe is just carrot cake in disguise Have you ever tried making something like carrot pie or carrot pudding?

I am so excited about finding your website!!! My friend baked your white vanilla cake and yes it was the best Iโ€™m ever had. However, she said she put an extra stick of butter in the batter. It was sooo good โ€ฆ do you recommend doing that? Thatโ€™s a lot of butter.
