Here I am with the calendar. Thinking about 2023 opportunities. I love ❤️ January because it makes me RE- THINK almost everything. Here are the five questions I ask myself. ✅ What should I be doing more or less this year? ✅ How can I improve my marketing, sales, delivery, and anything in the realm of clients or audiences? ✅ What groups or organizations should I join or increase participation in? or conversely, what groups should I drop? ✅ Who should I spend more time with and how can I improve the value for us both? For me, I am going to focus more on my corporate B2B branding opportunities and B2B events. I am also joining Women Sales Pros which I am looking forward to. #b2b #opportunities #sales #SandraLong

Great pic and insight, Sandra! When I worked in Japan in the 80’s my manager had a fold-out calendar on his desk to the year 2000 - talk about planning ahead!

I love it, Sandra Long. I usually do the reflection in Q4 and buckle down and put "pen to paper" the week between Christmas and New Year's. Wishing you all the best of success in 2023.

Great photo, Sandra Long -- I love how you are using an old school, analog, monthly calendar as I do! I like to see the Big Picture...and to be able to X out the days.

Sandra, another warm welcome to our awesome WomenSalesPros group. Also, this is definitely the time of year to reflect back on what you might have STOPPED or STARTED last year, in retrospect. Sometimes this is an easier exercise (to look back) which promotes learning forward.
