When I gave my TEDxTalk in 2013, I had 6 weeks to prepare
I have a different prposal on how you can prepare
What does work look like?
You're posting daily on your medium of choice. You're testing the market and collecting data on an Excel about what your audience is rewarding you for. And what you audience doesn't want.
From there, we’ll be working together through each phase of The Samita Lab Mastermind ™.
That has been responsible for…
Helping Divya raise $20MM for her first fund. See case study.
Now, if I were you…
I’d probably have a lot of questions…
So let me answer them.
How Does It Work?
When you join we’ll have a 1-1 call to see where you’re at and build out your Engage & Convert Framework™.
You will go through these systems in bite sized chunks, follow the action steps and report back to me and so I can look over everything, answer any questions and make sure it all looks good.
If you are ever feeling confused or stuck you’ll have me on the other side of 1-1 private slack channel to get you crystal clear on your next steps and what you need to do.
You’ll be inside a private community with all the other women leaders on the exact same mission where there’ll be discussion daily with everyone inside the group sharing their ideas, celebrating wins and supporting each other.
Every month, I’ll be personally teaching a 2 hour new module live on zoom covering a new part of the Engage & Convert Framework - then each week we’ll be working together to implement what you’ve learned.
(Call Time: 6pm -8pm EST It will be recorded and uploaded the next day so you don’t need to be there live. We have people all the way over in London who make the calls and they’re getting on just fine.)
I recommend allotting at least 3 hour per month towards our calls and implementing the work yourself.year and tell me nothing worked…
But come in, do the work… I’m happy to help you dial it in, troubleshoot or whatever else… until we do.
You gotta do the work, and I’ll give you the tools… Deal?

Are There Any Bonuses?
I mean these are the biggest bonuses of all…
During the 12 months, you are building a powerful personal brand that gets clients.
Your audience is also telling you, what from your zone of genius, they want from you.
By month 9, you have enough data from your audience to give a TEDxTalk on a NYC stage.
The TEDx Talk on stage in front of a live audience at the end,
positioning you as a thought leader
Founding members will have lifetime access to the current version of our Sentia AI even after the program has ended. Enabling you to create high impact lead generation content effortlessly.
Yep, I told you there's a lot… Just one of those bonuses alone (a TEDxTalk) is worth more than the investment you’ll pay for this program.

Whats your hub content? Is it a newsletter, blog, podcast, Youtube channel? Let's nail this down.
How to create. How to write. Tools for templates on what to write
When do you write your content? When do you edit content? Those activities don't necessarily happen in the same sitting.
Let's build a template for your content so you aren't facing a blank page, wondering what to write.
Four important editing questions to ask yourself before you hit publish.

In June, we head to Corfu, Greece for the "Deep Writing and Reflection Retreat" June 10-12, 2025
We are going to go through exercises to harvest stories (personal stories) that will be in service of your TEDx style talk on stage in November.
What does the retreat look like?
Cost: You cover flight and hotel. Everything else you do on the ground --I take care of.
Mastermind Member Zeena Gupta, Class of 2022, had a breakthrough on the retreat in Morocco:
"There has been a voice in my head since childhood about "You're not worthy" At the retreat in Morocco, I built awareness around it. Because of this questioning that we've been doing, the shadow work, it has completely lifted me up and opened me up to a whole new world.
I felt a sense of belonging where I didn't before. A belonging is to this expansive mindset."

You think the only way you get big checks or big contracts for your business is by putting in the face time, getting on a plane. There is another way.
It's by building trust.
How do you build trust? By sharing of yourself. Your values. The way you think. Its sharing it in the form of a steady drumbeat of thought leadership.
It attracts others who will want to work with you.
But most women leaders struggle to be consistent. They struggle to publish the right KIND of content that cuts through the noise and gets noticed. Most don't have systems and tools for banking ideas when it comes time to write.
This curriculum provides you with the systems and processes to publish content that converts. Whatever your goal.
If it was easy, we would all be doing it.

During the two hour intensive, we will spend 50% of the time doing deep personal development work. Your business self is only as healthy as your personal self.
We will spend 50% of the time workshopping each of your professional challenges. Since the cohort is together for 12 months, your fellow Mastermind members have the benefit of knowing you intimately when she weighs in with a solution.

My VIP Day is an intensive on strategy. This Mastermind is an intensive on execution.
In a VIP Day, we do important foundational work: What is your existing brand?
What do clients love about working with you. What do you love about them?
What’s keeping your clients up at night?
What's your life story? What are the pivotal moments we can harvest? How does it inform the work you do today?
Which 2 platforms are you going to show up on?
With a VIP Day, we arrive at the one word, your one thing: What is universal about it? Why do people need to hear it now?
What are 3 subtopics
Let’s create 15 thought leadership ideas
After the VIP Day, is where people get stuck. How to generate new ideas. How to sustain the pace of publishing.
The mastermind is about sustaining.
Everything is planned out months in advance, including the dates of the Samita Lab Mastermind (see below) meets because everyone has obligations and responsibilities with work and home life. You don't have extra time. I keep every meeting focused with a formally scheduled agenda with exercises, hot seats, and discussion space. I'm efficient and I observe the timeline promised each month.
We start by sharing "wins." It gives you a chance to thank people who helped you and sustains, reminds you of the "juice" needed to get you to the goal you came into this Mastermind with.
Having done the homework, we get into the personal development inquiry/exercise of the month. There's no fear of sharing secrets in this space because the members of the Samita Lab think abundantly. We each know that this type of growth is not a zero-sum game.
We feature a 'hotseat' each month, where one member gets a full 20 minutes of the members' time to dig deep into their challenge. Each member also brings her own challenge she needs advice on, whether its related to business, health, team, finances or something else. It's valuable because we are all somewhat vulnerable, which is an opportunity we don't have in many settings. We can be honest about our struggles and get suggestions and advice from a high value group of women we trust. We go around the room and take turns sharing.
The Complete Agenda is available upon request.
NOTE: This can be useful for securing corporate sponsorship.
