Omni AI is a spin out from SIDE Labs. Using off-the-shelf Voice AI components, we create a system that improves the efficiency of large-scale public-sector organisations.
We have a working prototype. We’ve got a launch customer, who has given us a budget to deliver a proof-of-concept and has ear-marked a significant implementation budget, if the proof of concept hits the mark.
We are looking for the second person in a team, working alongside SIDE co-founder Andy Bell. We’ll be working through challenges with the current prototype and finding the solutions that get this to launch.
Your role
- Dedicated problem solver and do-er
- User research - where do users think the current prototype falls short?
- No-code system research - what components are currently missing? How can we bridge the gap
- No-code / low-code implementation
- System rollout - documentation, support.
For an entrepreneurially-minded person who wants to make a difference, this is an exceptional opportunity to put a ding in the universe. Voice AI is a coming wave. We’ve got a brilliant launch customer with an interesting problem - this allows us to start exploring where it can make the biggest impact. You don’t have to have experience as a Product Owner, but we are looking for evidence of good decision making and ability to make things happen.
