Such excellent recommendations, Sandra! I especially appreciated that you included creating a candidate-friendly profile, as candidates are looking to see what kind of a person you are, as well as what the company is all about. Also, I agree that original posts to entice candidates are a great way to attract the kinds of candidates you are seeking. I suggest you also feature some of these posts. That way, the candidate will be more likely to see the posts then if the posts can only be found in your profile's Activity section.
You always bring so much to your sessions. I’m sure the hiring managers learned so many easy to apply skills.
