I always like to test new LinkedIn features so here goes. This is the template option found when posting via mobile. It’s very easy to use. * Start a post in the mobile app * Select the background image * Select your font * Write your post * Add stickers ( or links) if you wish Will you use it? What do you think? #linkedin #feature #sandralong
It's bland, boring, and lacks the ability to add your branding Sandra Long. Plus, feels very dated to back when stories started quite a few years ago. Just another Linkedin feature that wasn't needed and isn't well thought out and won't help you stand out. It's only available on mobile, as well.
One thing I like about Templates Sandra Long is that [In] is indexing the text on the graphic for search rankings. I prefer to keep a Branded Image in my smart phone, and do an image post, then use the [T] Text tool (which [In] is indexing too). That way I get a on Brand post on the go, instead of the Personal Blanding™ that comes with using the same image Templates of everyone else. #KeepRockingLinkedIn! Kevin
Interesting. Not sure more graphics, emoji’s, are ideal for LinkedIn.
Sandra Long thanks for sharing, we all appreciate your front-end teachings. I think it will help some people by making it easier for them. I prefer my own branding. If we could add our logos and images that would be ideal. Like Canva or Fiverr.
Thanks for doing the research and sharing. I agree with the comments about FB. Hope LI does veer into sales, jobs and social comments tooo much. I like the idea of using company branded materials. Thx. Ps Abby Cote
Not sure what I think of it yet Sandra. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Interesting feature, Sandra. Thanks for pointing it out. Seems a bit Facebookish at first glance, but I’m certainly willing to play with it a bit before passing judgment on its value and usability.

1yMy honest reaction? It feels to me like a step toward Facebook and I am not a fan of the shift on this platform in that direction. But I always appreciate when you walk us through LinkedIn’s new features and how to use them!
