ABOUT ME
Many years ago, as an ambitious employee, I remember feeling like I didn't have all of the support or resources that I needed to thrive professionally. I knew I had the potential to do great things in my roles but didn't have the clarity to get there.
Using some of the same tools and strategies I share with my clients, professionally, I was able to increase my salary by $13,000 in the midst of the recession, being the sole employee left after layoffs at two different companies, and rising to senior ranks in my career. As a business owner, I went from making $72 my first month in business to surpassing the median life coach salary while working 20-25 hours a week in 2019 and earning revenues surpassing my highest salary as an employee in 2020.
My clients are shifting mindsets, a number of my business coaching clients have become 6-figure or multiple 6-figure earners, and my career or executive coaching clients have honed in strategies that have greatly enhanced their work and work relationships and have also obtained senior-level positions that they only dreamed of previously, gaining as much as 105% in salary increases.
