SaaS Marketing Training

Want your MRR to look like this?

Build a marketing engine that generates consistent, predictable growth.

Grow Your SaaS -->

Hey 👋 I'm Corey, the founder of Swipe Files.

Code is the easy part. Marketing is the hard part.

As Twitch founder Justin Kan once said:

"First-time founders focus on product. Second-time founders focus on distribution."

Let's face it: The days of "build it and they will come" are long gone. But of course, you know that, otherwise you wouldn't be here. 😉

Here's the thing...

SaaS is more competitive than ever before:

• Customers are overwhelmed with offers
• Ads are more expensive
• Keywords are more difficult to rank for
• Social followings are harder to build

Growing a SaaS business is the hardest it's ever been. And that's why I'm here to help.

After being the Head of Growth at Baremetrics and getting to see the innards of thousands of SaaS companies, personally talking with 10-20 founders and operators per week about how to grow, and consulting with over a dozen startups on marketing and growth, I've pretty much seen it all.

SaaS marketing is my bread and butter. Which is why...

I created Swipe Files to take everything I've learned about SaaS growth and package it up into a program that can help you create a proven, predictable marketing engine.

You won't find more comprehensive content with cutting edge strategies and tactics anywhere else. And it works. I've used it myself for consulting clients, I've coached others to implement it and get results, and I've seen many use it to hit the ground running to kickstart (or restart) growth.

Whether you're going from $0–1k, $1–100k, or $100k–1m+ MRR, I know Swipe Files can help you get to your next milestone.

If that strikes a chord with you, consider making an investment to become a member. 🙏

Did you know that only 4% of SaaS companies reach $1M ARR and only .4% make it to $10M?

Why is this?
1. "Build it and they will come"
‍
Word of mouth can only propel a business so far.
2. Throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks.
‍
Contrary to popular belief, you can't randomly experiment your way to success.
3. Marketing is understaffed and under-resourced.
‍
Growth takes investment, belief, and patience.

Here's how Swipe Files helps you beat the odds...

I really suck at marketing and that’s why I joined. Already re-watched a bunch of videos and I feel the corresponding links to the videos almost deserve their own thing sometimes. I also dig the calm way of going through it all and how it‘s not hard to understand, even if you have no clue.

Ben Mann
Founder of True Fans & Ummm

Without the customer insights gained by following Corey’s advice, my business would not be where it is today. After implementing just a handful of the many strategies detailed, it has already paid for itself many times over! This is the resource I will refer to as I continue to experiment with additional marketing initiatives.

Chris Spagnuolo
Founder of Jetboost

As a developer and indie hacker, Corey's been a huge influence in helping me learn, grow, and make my first dollar online.

Andrew Walters
Co-founder of Vidds

I've been in marketing for years and still learned a lot. I would say I got more out of this than an entire college education on marketing. Corey really goes through the key areas of marketing while diving into both strategies and tactics. There's no easy button in marketing, but if I could only recommend one resource for people wanting to grow their company, I'd recommend this one!

Brittany Joiner
Marketing at Crmble

I learnt about it while trying to reset my understanding of the most critical piece of a viable product, marketing. It's my one-stop recommendation to anyone already in marketing or looking to learn a well thought out system that takes you through the essential parts of product success in general and for a SaaS business.

Ewetumo Alexander Adeniyi
Software Engineer

It's been one of my favorite resources thus far. Corey has structured the course so it's easy to learn and take action. It was a great way to learn from Corey's expertise and help grow my product.

Kelsey Petrich
Founder of Tansy

There are many examples taken out of the trenches and particularly helpful to anyone in SaaS. I believe that after going through the training, I am better equipped for my next growth challenge.

Why the name "Swipe Files"?

SwipeFiles.com originally started as a newsletter dedicated to written teardowns of landing pages, ads, and emails. Since a "swipe file" is a collection of marketing examples, the goal was to build out multiple swipe files of the best marketing examples with detailed commentary. Since then, it's evolved further to be much more comprehensive with a community, courses, and multiple newsletters.
