This 6-week program includes:

  • At-home bodyweight training plan to build strength and endurance!
  • 5K running program to prep you for race day!
  • In-person obstacle course training every Saturday morning at Renov8 Fitness: Rope climb, olympus, wall climb, tire flip, spear throw, bucket carry, hercules hoist, twister, and more!
  • In-person mock race at Renov8 Fitness to simulate race day!
  • Pre-, during- and post-race nutrition recommendations!
  • Ongoing support from your coaches Heather Binns, Jeremy Tuomala & Darlene Taylor!
  • Access to our private client Facebook group for additional support and motivation!
  • Join Team Renov8 on race day: You'll never be alone on course!
  • Special offer to become a Spartan VIP (optional): Additional fitness coaching sessions, 1-on-1 coaching access, and more!
