July Baking Challenge Results
July 2022 Sallyโs Baking Challenge Recipe: Fruit Pizza. What a fun challenge FILLED with artistic creativity! My team and I loved seeing all of the beautifully crafted fruit designs on top of your cookie pizzas including suns, flowers, flags, rainbows, spirals, letters, swirls, and more. There were even birthday fruit pizzas and mini fruit pizzas! This was absolutely the most fun challenge yet.
Thank you so much for participating! We gathered as many emailed photo entries as we could and included them below.

A nice non-yeast version. Great that it comes together so quickly. The dough was lovely to work with. I did end up making a little more filling. And, I only used a cream and icing sugar to top them, to make it easier to box up and take to friends.
Iโll never make yeasted cinnamon rolls again. Buttermilk forever!
The recipe came together quickly and the instructions were flawless. I appreciated the internal temperature note as I would have taken them out too soon. Unlike others, I prefer the yeasted version better but appreciate having a quicker version for times of need.
This was a fun recipe that was quick while (mostly) satisfying the cinnamon roll craving. Mine were a bit dry, so Iโll take them out of the oven sooner next time, or perhaps try measuring internal temperature. Thanks for the neat idea!
This was such a fun easy recipe, even my kids were able to help. We made them a little more fun by adding sprinkles to the dough; nothing like funfetti cinnamon rolls.
Sooo Iโm vegan. Does it count if I make a modified version of the recipe? ๐
Absolutely! You can try that (let us know how they turn out!), or you can make any previous challenge recipe from the website.
Made these buns to share with friends and the kids on holiday. Nice easy scone/biscuit-style dough so a quick treat for afternoon tea!
Incredibly easy and oh so delicious. The instructions were very precise and I did not have any problems. I followed the instructions to the โtโ. They taste Sooo good. I do not miss the yeast version. I will be making these again and againโฆ
Angela, Congratulations!! Your picture is beautiful!!
These are truly delicious. I love a cinnamon roll but hate waiting on the proving etc so these are perfect. Even the kids demolished them off
Love the quickness of this recipe. It was a hit for the evening snack.
Congratulations, Angela!!
I made it this afternoon for the family. It was a hit
