It's a sweet thing 🧁 ............LinkedIn Sales Navigator ⚓️ training today on Valentine's ❤️ Day! Lucky for me and my partner Paul Lewis. We are working with an amazing sales team who truly care about their customers. These are sellers who are absolutely bringing big-time success to their partners and clients. I have learned that this is the best type of sales team for us to work with. This is because sellers need to be mindful of their sales approach and relationship-building strategies. The optimal mindset for using Sales Navigator (or regular LinkedIn) is a key factor to success. This is why I talk about my "Be the Friend First" strategy. Yes, Sales Navigator is an amazing tool. No doubt about it. But HOW you use it makes a difference. Here's just a few pointers from my BTFF strategy, ✅ Account and lead research is key. Learn everything you can about the prospect's needs, problems, issues, values, and opportunities. Use this information to be a more thoughtful partner. Use the Account page to deep dive into the business. Use profiles, content, and recommendations to deep dive into the people. The more interested you are in THEM, the better for you. Be the Friend First. Be interested to be interesting (thanks Dale Carnegie) ✅ InMails are fine, but try to use other approaches first. Leverage TeamLink, and any possible referrals. Engage with your prospect's content before connecting. Be the friend first. ✅ Show gratitude and interest in your Content. Congratulate others. Comment with key insights. Keep the conversation going.
