Some people started emotionally eating for the first time. Others had disordered eating – bingeing, emotional, overeating – they thought they left behind, return. And for some of us, our eating got better and then fell apart.
With the COVID recovery phase upon us, there is a unique opportunity for individual and collective change and growth. We can learn how to take better care of our bodies and each other.

- The four main eating triggers and how they affected your eating
- The three stress reactions that create the All-or-Nothing/out of control eating cycle and which one you used during COVID
- How you protected versus sabotaged yourself with these patterns, yet these patterns are unsustainable and lead to “Chuck it, F@#$ It” eating
- How to take care of your body and mind from all we’ve been through to break free from the out of control eating cycle rather than thinking “you just need to move on”
- Q & A
