"Who wants to listen to me?" Never think that. Every expert, creator, and artist has that same voice in their head. Especially early in their work. They wonder what qualifies them to share their creations with the world. The difference between the ones who go on to succeed and the ones who don’t is their willingness to ignore that voice. To make things. And to share them with the world. Your expertise, thoughts, and perspectives are unique. Because they’re the result of your own unique life. But trust me: There are tons of people out there who would love to - and likely need to - hear them. That aside... Who cares if anyone wants to listen to you? Don’t judge your work on an audience’s reaction to it. Especially when you’re just starting to create and share things. Your goal is to make, share, learn, and improve. Stick with that formula long enough and you’ll find an audience.
Always appreciate your positive and encouraging pov — Maybe we all just need Josh Spector's voice in our heads!

Nice one Josh Spector! Resonated with me quite a bit
"Because they’re the result of your own unique life." - So true.
Heard it before. So create create create, and decades go by and it seems everyone is STILL meh at best......When and how to change the meh. Maybe I'm just meh.
This mindset held me back from writing on LinkedIn for a whole year, Josh. Then i gave myself one goal - write one ppst a week and see whst happens. That took the pressure off and chnagrd everything.
Love this
Yes, that inner critic followed by the social media troll will raise it's head eventually. But if you focus on getting a little bit better then you'll look back one day and realise it doesn't really matter. What matters is you've shared your knowledge and found others that look forward to your posts. Excellent motivational post Josh Spector 🙌
