About The Role

We're looking at you to join our team in Bangalore as the Senior Product Manager - and create the future of content tooling, with us. You'll be working beside a team of creators 👨🏻‍🎨 who span their work across technology,📱product design & 🎧 audio-tech. Folks who are using their craft and love for technology to power the future of creativity.

We power the modern design stack for some of the largest e-commerce teams globally. We're here to do our best work and hold ourselves and coworkers to a high standard. We care about making things which are fun to use, so we automate/outsource away drudgery.

What You'll Do

• 🤝 Work with an elite team of makers: We work tirelessly on our craft because we are dog-fooding ourselves. The team has battle tested its craft and work by creating software which is loved by both small and large teams across the world.
• 👁️‍🗨️ Create, manage, ruthlessly prioritise the roadmap.
• 🤳🏻 Create & maintain lucid product notes, personas, use case matrix, low-fi wires
• 🤠 Define clear success goals and have a mindset to hunt it down.
• 🔄 Iterate & refine product through consistent user feedback, focus groups & usability tests
• 🤔 Constantly evaluate if we have solved the problem - quantitatively & qualitatively.

What You'll Bring

• 🗯️ Ability to express & articulate your ideas both on paper as well as during conversations.
• 👨🏻‍✈️ Demonstrated ability in building great products - SaaS, Consumer Apps, Creator Apps
• 💝 Love for **users** and a knack for listening to them. Prior experience holding customer discovery conversations & programs is an added 👍🏼
• 🎨 Design centricity. You're building a solution for creative teams, after all.
• 👩🏻‍💻 Comfort understanding technical nuances and the desire to know the domain, deeply. Knowledge of creative & content-tech ecosystem is a must.
• 🌀 An iterative, methodical, & inventive approach to product building
• 🔢 Good understanding & use of street statistics
• 🎓 A bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science with at least 3-5 years experience as a technical or a platform product manager.

💡 Background in supply chain, optimisation or automation products a must
