May 2022 Sallyโs Baking Challenge Recipe: Brown Butter Berry Tea Cakes. These little cakelets were a popular recipe in May! Many participants baked them for Motherโs Day and afternoon tea, some for bake sales and bridal showers, or just a special treat after dinner. A lot of readers loved this unique spin on a classic madeleine cookie, something you may not have ever made or tasted before!

Peanut Butter filled brownie cookies were fun to see how the marbling turned out. Espresso powder gave some flavor.
