There's a global leadership crisis happening.

Almost a decade ago, Harris III & Kate Harris set out on a mission to create a global community of storytellers through The STORY Conference. A few short years later, STORY was selling out 1,200 seats and creative leaders were joining us from the biggest brands in the world, like Apple, Google, Nike, Disney, Amazon and more.
It was a conference like no other.
In 2022, I had the immense privilege to help bring this conference to life. But as the stage lights lowered and the doors locked behind us after load out, we knew that STORY was perfectly poised for what the future needed.
So here we are, on the precipice of what’s next, and the dream is expanding rapidly.
But this isn’t just about storytelling anymore.
It’s about storymaking. ✨It's about bold, courageous, creative leadership.✨
It’s about building a global network of changemakers who become the most disruptive force in the world for changing the future by collectively leveraging the power of story.
But we obviously can’t solve a global leadership crisis alone. It’s going to take an army. 💪🏼
That’s why we’re now on a mission to build a global network of creative leaders, and it all starts by gathering together for a collective conversation about the best path forward.
And along the way, we’ll do whatever it takes to equip this network to solve the challenges we’re facing with imagination and curiosity.
We reject the notion that “creators” are in a separate class than “leaders.” And we wholeheartedly take on the mantle of creative leadership. 👏🏼
