LinkedIn is a supportive 😀 professional environment. At least that is what I have observed. One of the best things we can do is congratulate someone else for a professional accomplishment. And LinkedIn is the best place to do this! Here are a few ways we can do this: (and please add your ideas) ✅ Create a post or article with an @ mention ✅ Comment on the posts about the achievement ✅ Send a private direct message offering congratulations ✅ Better yet, send an audio or video note of congrats ✅ Endorse your connection for that very skill ✅ Write a LinkedIn recommendation about the achievement and the person ✅ Think about a good introduction for this person........ and make it using LinkedIn messaging ✅ Interview your friend on a Live or Audio show. OR interview them for your LinkedIn newsletter. ✅ ✅ ✅ "Be the Friend First" What did I miss? How can you congratulate someone on LinkedIn?
