Here's a new QUICK and EASY way to improve your ability to be found in search. Simply add your skills to the About and Experience sections of your profile. And while you are at it, be sure to reposition the main skills section so that your most strategic ones are on top and most visible. Hi there's a new feature, fairly new that I want to share with you that I think is really important for your profile and it has to do with adding skills now to your about section and your experience. So in the past we only could add skills to the skills section which is valuable in itself but now it's become even more valuable in fact companies really spurred on by LinkedIn or having lots of conversations of how skills are the most important. Staying on our profiles. So if I look down at my profile, I Scroll down to my about section and I can see it right here. My top skills I can pick up to five or if I open it up. Go to the bottom, there they are. Now these will help me to be found, but it also creates an impression and I can do the same thing here with my experience section. So I would encourage you to think through what are your top skills, what you know one of the things with the the regular skills section. You can pick your top three that are going to be the most prominent and most visible both on the desktop as well as on mobile. But now we can also add five top skills to each experience section and to our about. All you do is click on here on the edit pencil to go into your experience. Or the edit pencil to go into the about which is right here. And once you click on that, you come down to the bottom underneath the whole description area and this is where you can add your skills. And then of course be sure to save it.
