The sunlight zone is the place in the water that you can see through the water because the sun can travel through the water. This is where all of the animals usually live like dolphins, seals, and walruses. Some of the animals can swim farther and maybe they can go into the midnight zone or the Twilight Zone. The sunlight zone has so much sun that animals can survive. That's why in the midnight zone it's hard to survive because they don't get sunlight. Since it's hard to live without sunlight very few animals live in the midnight zone.
