5 THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU LAUNCH A NEW PROJECT 1. Have a "remarkable" story behind it Something noteworthy that makes its origin more compelling. 2. Create a focused BURST of promotion Appearing on 10 podcasts the same week is more powerful than 10 podcasts over the course of 10 weeks. Make it feel like your new project is everywhere. 3. Repetition. Repetition. Repetition. No matter how much you think your audience is aware of your new project, trust me... They're not. Say it again. Say it in a new way. Say it in a new place. 4. Tap into other people's audiences. Leverage cross promotions, guest appearances, favors, whatever you can do to get to people who can help you reach the people you need to reach. 5. Paid promotion. Even if you can only afford a tiny budget, you should put your money where your creation is. You owe it to yourself.

So much is in our control, yet we often leave the success of our launches to the whims of the algorithms. Thanks for sharing this Josh!
