Hey there! I’m Tammy Overhoff, the blogger behind Organize
Yourself Skinny and the owner of the Reset & Flourish Shop
and Reset & Flourish Planner. I’m so excited you’re here and
ready to join me for this 5-day Smoothie Salad Reset!
I’ve been on this healthy lifestyle journey since October 10,
2010—yes, I remember the exact date because it was my big
a-ha moment. That’s the day I finally decided to flip the
switch and make a real change in my life. Since then, I’ve lost
40 pounds, but let me tell you—it wasn’t always smooth
sailing. There were plenty of ups, downs, twists, and turns
along the way.
Fast forward to today—over a decade later—and I’m still
doing my best to juggle it all. Between running a business,
taking care of older (but still very needy) kids, a husband
(equally needy), and a dog (who, let’s be honest, is definitely
the neediest), life is busy. Oh, and let’s not forget, I’m fully
immersed in perimenopause—fun times, right?
