Built Puffs are one of my favorite protein bars as they taste like candy bars and also have great macros. I had only tried the brownie and coconut flavors before this and wanted to try more flavors without having to buy a whole box of each flavor. All of the flavors are very tasty with great chocolate coatings and the fluffy interior that these bars are known for. The cookie dough bar was my favorite and I really enjoyed the the cookie dough chunks.
These bars are a little on the pricey side for a snack (but pretty standard for a protein bar) and are a blend of both whey and collagen protein. Collagen is good for skin, hair, etc. but is inferior compared to whey for muscle building. Since the protein blend is not broken down (ratio of collagen to whey in their formula) I would not advise for one to rely on this product to be a large contributor to their daily protein intake. Regardless, it is a tasty snack that is filling and with good ingredients. I would recommend this product and brand.
